Researched, created and facilitated brand positioning alignment across tagline, value proposition, and elevator pitch to cement clients brand position in market.

·     Ideated and created five brand concepts to help the client evaluate options against their front-runner choice to confirm their preferred brand message.

·     Facilitated workshops to achieve consensus around critical brand positioning components across tagline, value proposition, and elevator pitch.

·     Developed an implementation roadmap with workstreams of an employee change plan, brand asset updates, full offer integration, and additional brand positioning work to update remaining brand elements like vision, mission, and values.
