Creating a D2C eCommerce Channel

Designed and implemented an eCommerce assessment model to evaluate clients D2C readiness and inform program structure and governance while specifically focusing on marketing activities like go-to-market strategy critical to drive traffic to the site upon launch.

·     Supported NPV analysis to generate program buy-in and defined six program workstreams to account and prepare for D2C launch requirements.

·     Conducted brand positioning, customer persona, and customer journey workshops to define and confirm brands position in market, target audience, and key features and experiences to prioritize for MVP D2C channel.

·     Researched and developed go-to-market strategy, campaigns and reporting across search, social, and display tactics to spearhead demand generation of D2C site.
