·     Analyzed company Google Analytics and Google Search Console data to inform growth opportunities and investment focus for 2020 budget allocation.

·     Researched and developed content themes in Google Keyword Planner and Google Trends to identify market share opportunities.

·     Implemented content execution framework with a Kanban board, to assign topics, manage content development, content review, and deadlines.

·     Identified and outsourced an SEO agency and qualified freelance team to supplement blog creation and help guide an organic search strategy.

·     Developed SEO reporting in Data Studio to analyze data, conduct experiments, and provide visibility to stakeholders on investment performance.
